- Findings
- Based on observation and interview, conducted during a site visit on 02/07/24 through 02/15/24, it was confirmed the facility failed to effectively respond to and resolve resident complaints for 1 of 1 sampled resident (# 19). During the site visit, transients were observed approaching and interacting with residents at the facility's smoking area. It was determined the facility failed to effectively respond to and resolve a resident's complaint.
