Findings: The facility failed to carry out medication and treatment orders as prescribed in accordance with OAR 411-054-0055(1)(f) per complaint that staff tried to administer the resident another resident's inhaler, and on 09/18/23 the resident was not administered their 6:30am medications until 9:30am. and on 9/18/23 the facility did not install a handle on the resident's bed as ordered by their doctor. This is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
