- Findings
- An incident report, dated December 10, 2023, indicated a Medication Technician had administered Oxycodone (pain medication) to Resident 11 instead of Alprazolam (anxiety medication). Staff 2 confirmed the incident had occurred. It was determined the facility failed to carry out medication orders as prescribed.
