- The facility failed to carry out medication and treatment orders as prescribed Per complaint facility "has not been on top of reordering [resident's] seizure medications and [he/she] has gone a couple days without". "This happened in June as well as last month" and "recently happened again with another of [his/her] medications, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
