Findings: The facility failed to follow the Alleged Victim's (AV) care plan to float his/her heels while in bed to aid in the healing of ulcers on his/her feet. On two occasions it was found that AV's heels were not floated, causing undue pain and suffering to AV. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP20-00487 $500.00 fine assessed
