Findings: Alleged Victim #1 and Witness #2 had a non-injury altercation. Both Residents were care planned with aggressive behaviors and frequent agitation and are to be redirected if becoming agitated, however, no staff were supervising these residents at the time. The facility failed to follow the care plan which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
