Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned to use his/her CPAP and oxygen at night while he/she sleeps. From approximately August 20, 2020 until August 27, 2020, AV was not given his/her CPAP treatment or oxygen at night, leaving him/her at a risk for harm. The facility failed to follow AV's care plan, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
