- Findings
- Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to administer Alleged Victim's (AV) medication as ordered. On or about August 30, 2020, AP2 administered another resident's medication to AV when AP2 failed to verify the medication cup belonged to AV. AP2's action is considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for Alleged Victim which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
