Findings: The facility failed to appropriately care plan for the Alleged Victim (AV) regarding his/her risk of falls. AV was a known fall risk and had multiple falls, documented and undocumented. On or about August 28, 2020, AV was having right sided weakness and was transported to the hospital for treatment and was diagnosed with a hip fracture. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-01802 $1500.00 fine assessed
