Findings: On or about December 20, 2020, the Alleged Victim (AV) was found to have not received breakfast until after 11 am and AV was soaked with urine. The facility failed to provide services to AV in a timely manner, causing a loss of dignity to AV. The facility failed to have enough staff to meet the scheduled and unscheduled needs of AV. The facility's failures are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-01947 $500.00 fine assessed
