Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications. AV was prescribed pain medication on or about February 23, 2021, but this was not entered by the facility until March 8, 2021. The facility was having issues with medications being entered correctly onto the Medication Administration Record (MAR). The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
