Findings: The facility failed to provide proper hygiene assistance to the Alleged Victim (AV). On multiple occasions AV was found soaked in urine and/or feces. AV is care planned to be assisted to use the restroom and showering. AV's care needs were not being met in part, due to staffing shortages. AV not having proper hygiene completed left AV in unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-03319 $250.00 fine assessed
