Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is known to have combative behaviors regarding resisting cares from staff. AV likes to sleep in at times and does not want to get out of bed. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) has been witnessed forcing AV out of bed when AV does not want to get up. One occasion, AP2 was observed to physically grab AV's arm and lift AV from bed. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute emotional abuse. The facility failed to protect the resident from emotional abuse, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
