Findings: Witness #1 (W1) is known to have sexualized behaviors towards residents. On or about October 4, 2021 and again on October 18, 2021, W1 touched the Alleged Victim (AV) inappropriately, making AV fearful of W1 and very upset. The facility failed to have appropriate interventions in place to assure the safety of AV. The facility's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP22-01142 $1500.00 fine assessed
