Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) has a known history of behaviors, including taking other resident’s property. The facility failed to implement interventions or appropriately care plan for the Alleged Victim’s known behaviors. According to an investigation, staff has forcefully removed items from AV that doesn’t belong to him/her on multiple occasions, which resulted in AV becoming combative and striking out. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
