- Findings
- Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) made inappropriate verbal comments in the facility in front of the residents while yelling, cussing, and hitting/slamming objects. AP2 is responsible for verbal abuse as result of his/her violent outburst. The facility failed to protect Alleged Victim (AV) from AP2's violent outburst, making AV agitated, causing AV emotional harm. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
