Findings: On or about February 13, 2023, Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) failed to provide the Alleged Victim (AV) his/her seizure medication, placing AV at risk for harm. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
