Findings: According to documentation the facility failed to follow the Alleged Victim’s (AV) care plan. AV’S care plan is set for AV to be monitored for skin conditions three times per day. On or about November 23, 2023, AV was found to have blisters on h/h inner thighs. The failure resulted in AV experiencing pain and unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to ensure care plans were followed, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP24-00261 $250.00 fine assessed
