Findings: On or about April 25, 2024, the Alleged Victim (AV) and Witness #1 (W1) were sitting in the common room when they began arguing. As staff pulled W1's wheelchair from the area, W1 reach over and pinched AV, causing a bruise to AV's arm. The facility's failure to provide a safe environment is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP24-00804 $188.00 fine assessed
