Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medication. On or about October 2, 2024, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) checked out narcotic PRNs for AV and six (6) other residents, however, no PRN medication was requested by staff. On or about October 2, 2024. AP2 tested positive for narcotics during a facility provided UA. The facility ignored staff members testimony regarding narcotics possible theft. AP2 failed provide a safe medication administration system, which is neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
