- Findings
- The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for medication management. According to an investigation, on multiple occasions, AV has missed medications and/or medication has been delayed, due to medication not being available or medication being misplaced. AV experienced repeated unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
